The preferred service level for the majority of our landlords, many of whom reside overseas or simply do not want any involvement in the letting and management process.

- Accompanied viewings
- Full referencing on all tenants (and guarantors)
- Preparation of Tenancy Agreement and service of all legal Notices during tenancy
- Rent receipt and remittance to Landlords specified account
- Periodic inspections of the property during the tenancy
- Instructing and overseeing all repairs
- Arranging estimates for works
- Arranging tenancy renewals and rent increases where appropriate
- Check out at end of a tenancy
- Deposit reconciliation
Optional: A Property Inspector can prepare an Inventory and Schedule of Condition for an additional fee
Suitable for the landlord who only requires the professional services of an Agent to advertise and let the property and prepare the initial Tenancy Agreement. -This service is not recommended for the busy individual who is not experienced in property management or familiar with tenancy law.
