At Wyatt Hughes, from the moment we answer your call, you will be greeted with a friendly voice, and will benefit from a voice of experience. We will register your personal details, in order to establish your exact requirements, and then provide you with details of any available properties which are suitable. Should you decide to view any of the available properties, we will do our best, where possible, to make a convenient appointment for you. If you have a selection of properties you wish to view, we will arrange a block appointment, so that you can view them one after the other, with us available to show you around each one.
Once you have found a property, we will ask for an application deposit, and then referencing will commence. The references we will request are a bank reference, an employment reference, and a landlord's reference if applicable. Please note that this takes approximately 5-8 working days to complete, at which point a decision will be made by the landlord.
Please note that we advertise our up to date rental list in both the local Friday-Ad and the Homes brochure on a weekly basis or please feel free to contact us directly where a member of staff will be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have.
